The Concrewall Building System

Concrewall Building System (IBS) Sdn. Bhd. (formally known as Trek Maya Sdn. Bhd.)  is a specialist system building contractor formed to undertake and implement the innovative Concrewall (M) Building System from Italy.

  • Acquired the patented machines from Italy and set up factory for the production of panels for local use
  • Carried out and obtained tests certificates and approvals from local authorities for complying with requirements of local building by-laws and design codes and standards
  • Trained local workers and operators on panel manufacturing in the factory and panels installation and system implementation on sites
  • Completed various types of buildings using part of or the full Concrewall (M) Building System

The Concrewall (M) Building System is a construction system based on the structuring of modular panels. The basic panel consists of a double layer of high tensile wire mesh and an inner layer of insulating  polystyrene slab stitched together using patented machines.

Single Panel

  • Slab of polystyrene reinforced with two steel nets stitched together by electro-fusion welds
  • Single panel PSM40 to PSM80
  • ​Can be use as structural wall as non structural partition wall

  • Two slabs of Single Panel (PSM40) stitched together with lacing wires by electro-fusion welds.
  • Double panel PDM100 to PDM200
  • Can be used as load bearing walls up to 20 storey high​

  • Used for floor slabs and roofs with variable thickness according to the span

  • Standard panels can be used for floor span up to 7m

  • Slab of polystrene cut into staircase and landing slab shapes and reinforced with two steel nets stitched together b y electro-fusion welds
  • To replace complicated and slow conventional staircases construction
